Details

Classes during the week will be given by Mickaël Martin Sensei, 6th Dan, an uchi-deshi of the late Tamura Sensei. Martin Sensei teaches a unique style of Aikido not found in the United States. He blends the Aikido of Tamura Sensei with teachings of Kobujutsu, and any style of Aikido can benefit from training.

Martin Sensei's classes will cover empty hand, kenjustsu, and jyojutsu. It is encouraged to bring your weapons (bokken, jyo, and tanto) if you have them.

The weekend seminar will be jointly taught by Vu Ha Sensei (6th Dan) and Mickaël Martin Sensei (6th Dan). Both bring their approaches together to understand how different groups can better their Aikido together.
